Harvest grapes when they turn a beautiful purplish-red color, are plump, and have a natural bloom. Taste them to find them crisp, intensely sweet, and fragrant. The stems should still be green, and the bunches firm and beautiful. Use a sharp knife to cut the grapes from the vine, leaving a short section of the stem to maintain freshness.
STEP 1: Sow seeds
