GROWING INSTRUCTIONS
Soak the seeds in clean water for 4 to 6 hours, then incubate them for 10 to 12 hours until they germinate, and then sow them in the soil. After about 1-2 weeks, the seedlings will have 2-3 leaves. At this stage, organic fertilizer or green manure should be added to promote the growth of the vegetables.
STEP 1: Sow seeds
When celery plants have 5-6 leaves, use a small amount of urea diluted with water and water them in the cool afternoon to stimulate growth during this stage. The roots are shallow, so they need to be watered regularly every day to keep the soil moist and soft. Only with sufficient water will the stalks become large, plump, and crisp.
STEP 2: Plant seeds
Use a sharp knife to gently cut off the old outer leaf sheaths, leaving the base and young sheaths in the center so the plant can continue to grow. Harvest in the early morning or late afternoon when the plant has the most water, resulting in crisp, sweet sheaths that last longer. Avoid harvesting when the plant is too old, as the sheaths will become fibrous, bitter, and less nutritious.
